Lead project initiatives for the URMFG United Business Office, directing workflows to bridge operational and billing systems through Epic functionality analysis. Guide analysts in preparing reports, analyzing data, and presenting revenue cycle findings to develop best practice standards for the Epic Resolute application. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve system issues, define edit/rule designs, and map tools for new business acquisitions and implementations. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating coding guidelines, pricing, and payer compliance strategies to optimize accounts receivable efficiency.
Required Qualifications
