Job Summary
Senior Retirement Specialist will drive sales, provide education and deliver service for plan participants in the Baltimore area. You will schedule and conduct one-on-one and group retirement seminars, develop and retain relationships with participants and key entity contacts, lead a team of Retirement Specialists, and collaborate with the Program Director on territory planning and training. The role requires expertise in defined contribution retirement savings plans, the ability to communicate product features and benefits, and strong presentation and relationship-management skills. Licensing in FINRA and life/health is required, with travel within the assigned territory and potential for remote-work options as noted, plus regular education and planning interactions with participants.
Required Qualifications
- FINRA Series 6 license and Life & Health license required; Series 63 and 65 may be necessary
- Series 7 & Series 66 may be necessary
- Three years of related experience in financial, sales or educational services functions
- Undergraduate studies in related field, insurance, business, marketing, preferred
