Job Summary
The Sr. Representative, Talent Sourcing will identify and pre-screen qualified candidates for job opportunities through lead processing from various sourcing channels. Responsibilities include daily reviews of job boards, conducting pre-screening interviews, scheduling Talent Acquisition interviews, and communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process. This role requires experience in customer service, general marketing knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service in a BPO environment of 6 months
- General knowledge in marketing
- Intermediate knowledge of PC and software applications
- Intermediate knowledge in Office Suite (Emphasis on Excel)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Professional Phone Manner
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to details
