Sr. Representative, Accounts Payable

Manage the timely and accurate payment of invoices, transfer funds between firm accounts, and process a range of payment types including wire and ACH payments (including foreign currencies) for a legal firm's administrative operations. Responsibilities include inputting banking data, daily fund transfers, summarizing banking activity, processing health care trust and 401K-related payments, handling escrow deposits and posting to trust and general ledger accounts, issuing stop-payment and void requests, ensuring coding accuracy for invoices and payments, uploading vendor data, generating payment reports, preparing ACH files, printing and delivering checks, and escalating unusual transactions. Requires five+ years of experience in wire/ACH payments, basic Excel skills, attention to detail, and ability to work overtime. Salary range: $60,000–$70,000.
