Sr. Reliability Supervisor

Job Summary
Sr. Reliability Supervisor responsible for leading a team of failure analysis and reliability engineers/technicians, overseeing lab operations to meet QA/QC and production deadlines. Drives root-cause analysis, guides non-destructive and destructive testing, develops reliability test plans, and collaborates cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, and service to translate FA findings into design/process improvements. Requires strong communication, detailed data analysis, and ability to manage budgets and resources; supports customer interactions and Process Change Notifications as needed.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Engineering (preferred ECE, Chemical, Manufacturing, Electrical and Mechanical)
- At least 12 years FA-REL experience with Electronics/Semiconductor
- Experience with non-destructive (X-ray, CSAM, acoustic microscopy) and destructive testing (decapsulation, cross-sectioning) for failure analysis
- Ability to lead lab operations and manage budgets
