Job Summary
Manage an extensive portfolio of complex middle market clients with revenues of $50 million to $2 billion, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor. Acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable relationships through sales, prospecting, and cross-selling financial solutions in credit, treasury management, and merchant services. Analyze financial statements to assess client conditions and collaborate with teammates in Investment Banking and Wealth Management to design tailored strategies. Lead dialogues on alternative capital structures and industry trends while coaching peers and adapting to market shifts. Requires 10+ years in commercial lending or investment banking, Series 7 and 63 licenses, and 40 hours per week in the 1st shift.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in Commercial Lending or Investment Banking
- Demonstrates ability to successfully manage an extensive portfolio of middle market clients with revenues greater than $50 million
- Proven track record of prospecting new business, enhancing existing relationships and closing profitable transactions
- Professional proven sales skills and experience, including planning, execution and follow up of client meetings
- Strong corporate finance, capital markets and accounting acumen
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Capable of organizing, facilitating, leading and negotiating with a team of bank associates to solve client problems
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 & 63
- Undergraduate degree
- Majors in business, finance or economics
- MBA or equivalent experience
- Shift: 1st shift
- Hours Per Week: 40
- Must obtain SIE, series 7 & 63 license within 180 days of start date
Desired Qualifications
- Financial modeling experience
- Completion of a formal credit training
