Job Summary
Manage an extensive portfolio of complex clients with annual revenues ranging from $50 million to $2 billion, serving as the primary point of contact for Global Commercial Banking prospects. Acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable relationships through sales, prospecting, and cross-selling opportunities by interpreting financial statements to assess cash flow and industry trends. Collaborate with domestic and international teammates across Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, and Wealth Management to design tailored financial solutions for construction, development, and permanent financing projects. Lead dialogues on alternative capital structures and business issues while coaching peers and adapting to market conditions. Requires 10+ years in commercial real estate project lending and Institutional Financing, with Series 7 & 63 certification within 180 days.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in commercial real estate project lending and Institutional Financing
- demonstrated sales, marketing and leadership skills including ability to maintain effective working relationships with underwriting partners, portfolio manager partners, relationship administrators, Credit Risk Manager, support staff and other associates
- credit underwriting skills
