Job Summary
Manage an extensive portfolio of complex clients with annual revenues ranging from $50 million to $2 billion, serving as the primary point of contact for acquiring, deepening, and maintaining profitable relationships. Analyze financial and cash flow statements to assess company conditions and industry trends, then collaborate with teammates across Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, and Wealth Management to design and deliver tailored financial solutions. Lead dialogues on alternative capital structures and business issues while coaching peers and adapting to market shifts. Requires 10+ years in commercial real estate project lending and Institutional Financing. First shift, 40 hours weekly, $140,000 to $235,000 annualized salary.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in commercial real estate project lending and Institutional Financing
- demonstrated sales, marketing and leadership skills including ability to maintain effective working relationships with underwriting partners, portfolio manager partners, relationship administrators, Credit Risk Manager, support staff and other associates
- credit underwriting skills
- presentation and negotiation skills
- understanding of financial accounting and commercial loan underwriting
- understanding of the relationship between credit risk, structure and pricing

- Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent degree in Business (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Real Estate) or equivalent experience
