Sr Relationship Manager – Commercial Real Estate Banking

Job Summary
Senior CRE Banking role delivering strategic financial solutions to developers, REITs, and real estate funds across multi-family, office, retail, and industrial sectors. As primary relationship manager, acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable client relationships; structure and present high-quality credit solutions; cross-sell deposits, lending, and ancillary banking services; and lead client discussions on industry trends, capital structures, and broader business considerations. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of complex clients, preparing credit presentations, negotiating loan commitments, monitoring portfolio performance, and collaborating with internal partners to deliver integrated solutions. Requires 10+ years in commercial banking/real estate finance, an undergraduate degree in business/finance/economics, strong business development and leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with Canadian and U.S. real estate markets is desired.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree required (majors in business, finance or economics preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in commercial banking, corporate banking, or real estate finance
- Deep expertise in commercial real estate lending (construction, acquisition, structured financing)
- Strong business development capabilities with proven revenue growth
- Advanced financial analysis and credit structuring skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Leadership and stakeholder management experience
- Familiarity with Canadian and U.S. real estate markets
