Sr. Regulatory Reporting Accountant

Lead the month-end and year-end close process, preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements while ensuring compliance with Mexican NIF, IFRS, and CNBV reporting requirements. Coordinate external and internal audits, standardize accounting policies and the chart of accounts across the Group, and integrate the newly acquired SOFIPO. Strengthen internal controls, identify automation opportunities, and partner with Treasury, Tax, FP&A, Operations, and Product teams on strategic initiatives. Act as the accounting subject matter expert to mentor junior team members. Requires 6–10 years of progressive accounting experience in regulated financial institutions, strong knowledge of Mexican NIF and IFRS, and advanced ERP skills.
