Job Summary
Sr. Regional Sales Representative for an automotive insurance client. Drives regional sales performance, analyzes productivity to identify opportunities, conducts weekly management meetings to develop strategies, builds high-performing sales-focused teams across stores, and leads recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching. Supports HR policy administration, ensures compliance, performs store visits/audits, and travels for quarterly meetings or other company initiatives. Emphasizes customer service excellence and fosters a culture aligned with Young America’s philosophy. Requires 2+ years in automotive insurance sales, preferred Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), strong leadership, and ability to leverage business-growth techniques.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Automotive Insurance industry sales experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred but open to combination of education and substantial experience
- Proficient in computer literacy
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills with collaborative team environment
- Exhibits expertise in business growth techniques and strategic expansion
