Drive customer engagement with doctors, retailers, and stockists; review regional performance; train and develop team members; enforce credit policies; fill vacancies (AMs/ME/MTs) timely; implement company strategies for execution excellence; provide market intelligence on conditions, promotional effectiveness, and competitor activity to line managers and marketing. Focus on talent retention and strategic agility to maximize regional growth in oncology product lines.
