Job Summary
Develop and implement technical chamber solutions for Test & Measurement applications, guiding clients through optimal EMC, Microwave, and Wireless strategies. Create and sustain key account plans to achieve sales objectives while negotiating contracts with strategic customers. Provide sales forecasts, assess market trends and competitive threats, and formulate comprehensive proposal bid packages. Cultivate relationships with end-user and C-level executives, offering insights to management on business strategy and opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to assess sales outcomes and foster positive interactions. Requires ten years of experience in Radio Frequency technical sales and extensive blueprint interpretation skills. Travel 30-50% within the US and as needed in Europe.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Ten or more years of experience in Radio Frequency, Technical Sales, or related fields
- Extensive experience in sales, account management, and technical sales in Radio Frequency Shielding or related areas
- Proficient in business development, relationship building, and advanced closure techniques
- Effective in driving sales in a solutions-selling environment, particularly at the end-user and C-level capacities
- Capable of serving as a trusted sales consultant, addressing client business needs and pain points
- Possesses expertise in business strategy and market development
- Experienced in reading and interpreting blueprints and shop drawings for bid package submittals
- Skilled in utilizing Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Social Media platforms, and virtual meeting software
- Open to travelling within the US (30%-50%) and as needed in Europe
