Job Summary
The Regional Oncology Business Manager at TriSalus Life Sciences will drive sales of innovative oncology devices focused on liver and pancreatic cancers. This role requires achieving regional sales forecasts, developing business within target accounts, and articulating the unique value of TriSalus's products. A successful candidate must demonstrate excellent consultative selling skills, strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and must travel 40-60% of the time. Essential qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of sales experience in medical devices, and at least 6 years specifically in the medical device sector, preferably in radiology or capital sales.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. or B.A. from an accredited University or College
- 10+ years of demonstrated successful sales experience
- Minimum of 6 years medical device experience
- Previous experience with physician preference items in the IR, OR, or Cath Lab
- Proven sales success with examples of winning awards
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree preferred
- Experience in start-up organization and building from the ground up
- Knowledge of healthcare economics and reimbursement
