Job Summary
Sr Regional Medical Affairs Manager - Hematology LATAM, based in Brazil, Mexico, or Colombia. Lead regional medical affairs strategy execution, support development of worldwide medical affairs strategy, manage data generation activities as study responsible physician, engage external stakeholders, collaborate on brand and business strategy with a science- and data-driven mindset, and ensure compliance within Johnson & Johnson Credo values. Requires deep scientific knowledge, experience in drug development and medical affairs, strong communication/presentation skills, and ability to work across global and regional teams in a matrix environment; fluency in English is mandatory, Spanish and Portuguese highly desired.
