Job Summary
Field-based Sr. Regional Leadless Specialist in Boston/Springfield/Hartford providing technical, clinical, educational and sales support to drive adoption and growth of leadless pacing technology. Educates physicians, nurses, educators, and other health care providers on indications and patient selection; provides procedural support per instructions for use/trial protocol to facilitate procedural consistency and optimal outcomes; assists in education and training activities; stays current with clinical data on leadless CRM products; coordinates and delivers programs to expand market access; gathers market intelligence to refine therapy training and expansion plans; liaises with marketing for product feedback and improvements; completes administrative reporting; plans and organizes work with a focus on cost-effectiveness and policy compliance; extensive travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, engineering or equivalent/related experience
- 3-5 years of clinical medical device experience or equivalent, ideally with CRM products
- Ability to analyze and evaluate technologically complex devices
- Collaborative skills and ability to work with others
- Comfort navigating medical environments including labs and hospital settings
- Proven ability to influence customers and provide guidance for course correction
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with medical device industry policies and procedures
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel extensively for business
