Job Summary
Regional Business Manager (Southeast) is field-based across Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama, responsible for delivering sales objectives and managing a team of field-based territory managers. Works with National Sales Director, training and marketing to equip the team; emphasizes Credo values, professional development, accountability, and collaboration with internal partners to drive sales of the Neurovascular MedTech portfolio. Requires a 4-year degree (technical/scientific preferred), 7+ years outside medical device sales, proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals in a commission-driven role, experience selling to surgeons in OR/invasive labs, and up to 75% travel with up to 40% overnight travel; valid driver’s license; CRM and leadership/people-management experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree, majored in a technical or scientific field preferred
- At least 7 years of outside sales experience, including experience selling medical devices
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a commission-driven position
- Experience selling to surgeons in an operating room or invasive lab environment
- Experience calling on Neurovascular surgeons
- Travel up to 75% within region, overnight up to 40%
- Must have valid driver’s license in state of residence and clean driving record
