Job Summary
Senior Regional Business Manager (Southeast) for J&J MedTech – Neurovascular. Field-based role covering FL, NC, SC, TN, GA, and AL. Responsible for delivering sales objectives and managing a team of field-based territory managers. Collaborates with National Sales Director, training and marketing teams; leads with Credo values; develops professional development plans for direct reports; uses performance management tools for activity planning; aligns with sales direction to meet/exceed objectives; engages with key customers and accounts to drive portfolio sales. Qualifications include a 4-year degree, 7+ years outside medical device sales, ability to meet sales goals in a commission-driven environment, and experience selling to surgeons in OR/invasive lab settings. Travel up to 75% within region and up to 40% overnight. Valid driver’s license required. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree, majored in a technical or scientific field preferred
- At least 7 years of outside sales experience, including experience selling medical devices
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a commission-driven position
- Experience selling to surgeons in an operating room or invasive lab environment
- Experience calling on Neurovascular surgeons
- CRM utilization experience
- Formal Sales Training (preferred)
- Experience with Contracting (development and implementation) (preferred)
- Device management experience (preferred)
- 7+ years of sales experience including medical device sales of physician preference products (preferred)
- Experience selling disruptive technologies (preferred)
