Job Summary
Sr Regional Benefits Administration Analyst in LATAM responsible for end-to-end lifecycle management of regional benefit plans, including new vendor implementations, annual open enrollments, and critical plan renewals. Drives vendor governance and regional billing oversight, ensures compliance with evolving statutory landscapes, and leads regional readiness for audit-readiness. Authors localized benefit communications, partners with the Benefits Center of Excellence and HR leaders, and translates demographic and utilization data into analytics for executive dashboards. Requires 5–7+ years of LATAM benefits administration, proficiency with Workday and ServiceNow, fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese advantageous), and strong problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skills in a global matrix environment. Remote position targeting candidates in Mexico or Colombia; full-time remote opportunity.
