Job Summary
Sr. Recruitment Specialist responsible for end-to-end recruitment within a global outsourcing environment, collaborating with Operations to endorse candidates with the right skillset, and ensuring 100% fulfillment of campaign hiring requirements. Key activities include account and stakeholder management, reporting and analytics, compliance with information security policies, developing and optimizing recruitment processes and tools, and leveraging profiling to meet client needs across campaigns and sites. Strong emphasis on building client relationships, delivering accurate candidate endorsements, and driving recruitment success in a fast-paced BPO/back-office setting.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a proven track record in managing a recruiting team in a BPO or in a related industry
- Developing and implementing strategic process in line with profiling and recruiting formulation, review, evaluation and improvement of recruitment processes, policies and tools to achieve staffing goals
- Managing and motivating the team to ensure production and targets
- Partnering with hiring managers in determining staffing requisitions to improve quality of candidate endorsements
- Knowledgeable in applicant tracking process and systems and competency-based system methods
- Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
