Job Summary
The Sr Recruiter will be responsible for attracting candidates, interviewing, and hiring great employees, collaborating with department managers to identify future hiring needs, and building a strong talent pipeline. Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, and maintaining candidate relationships throughout the selection process. Candidates should have 5 to 7 years of experience in related fields, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Workday is an added advantage.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years experience recruiting in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain, Engineering
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Strong Microsoft Office products skills
- Experience using Workday is a plus
