Job Summary
Senior-level Sr. Recruiter & Business Development Executive role in a remote-first, early-stage growth environment. Drive new business by identifying, targeting, and winning clients; own and grow client relationships; manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing and deal structuring; leverage candidate pipelines to generate demand; execute 360 recruiting responsibilities from intake to placement; collaborate with SDR/research to accelerate pipeline and delivery; build long-term partnerships and generate high-value, repeat business.
