Job Summary
Sr Recruiter responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to fill engineering, industrial, and medical roles within Advanced Energy. Partners with HRBPs, Generalists, managers, and other stakeholders to craft hiring plans, conduct phone screens and in-person interviews, negotiate salary, and manage offers. Develops active and passive candidate pipelines via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, campus recruitment, and other channels; leverages behavioral interviewing techniques and provides guidance throughout the recruitment process; collaborates on attractive hiring packages and special recruiting initiatives; tracks success across senior-level and IC roles.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience hiring for senior-level roles
- 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter
- English proficiency at 80%
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or related field
