Job Summary
Senior Recruiter leads full-cycle recruiting for exempt and technical roles, developing proactive sourcing strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring leaders and HR to ensure compliant, timely hiring. Provides guidance to junior recruiters, leads recruiting projects, and supports offer negotiations. Responsibilities include workforce planning, defining candidate criteria and priorities, designing recruiting strategies based on job requirements and labor market conditions, sourcing active and passive candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating interview processes, ensuring legal compliance, and participating in outreach activities such as career events and partnerships with educational institutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related discipline
- 4+ years of professional recruiting experience, including experience supporting exempt, professional, or technical roles
- Professional recruiting certifications or specialized talent acquisition credentials are preferred
