Job Summary
Lead the District Team to achieve or exceed established sales forecasts and call execution targets. Collaborate with individual sales representatives to set appropriate and challenging goals for each territory. Proactively anticipate and address obstacles that may hinder performance and results. Evaluate individual and team progress toward goals, providing coaching to drive improvement. Develop sales representatives to enhance their skills and prepare them for advanced career opportunities, including future District Manager roles. Ensure compliance with all regulations governing interactions with healthcare professionals, sample distribution, and related activities.
