Job Summary
Assist in localizing tumors, participate in treatment planning, and deliver ionizing radiation therapy while acting as the primary liaison between patients and the radiation team. Ensure patient safety through weekly chart review for quality assurance and train Radiation Therapy students and new staff. This role requires a graduate of an approved Radiation Therapy Technology program with three to five years of clinical experience in all modalities and registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Radiation Therapy Technology program
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiation Therapy
- State certification for Medical Radiation Technologist
- Three (3) to five (5) years clinical experience in all modalities as a radiation therapist
- Three (3) years' experience within a comprehensive cancer center
