Job Summary
Supervise, coach, and develop a team of operations employees on the first shift to ensure high performance and engagement. Coordinate daily production operations, monitor workflow, and allocate resources to meet production schedules and quality standards. Ensure all work adheres to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Track and analyze key performance indicators, such as productivity, quality, and efficiency, implementing corrective actions as necessary to meet operational goals. This role is onsite at the CMC Center of Excellence in Carlsbad, CA, with a salary range of $86,800 to $165,200.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- U.S. citizenship
- minimum of 5yrs of experience with prior relevant in a manufacturing or production environment
- at least 3 year in a supervisory role
- Or an advance degree with three years of experience
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced education or technical certifications
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or related industries
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
