Job Summary
Coordinate development projects for high voltage cable systems (onshore and offshore); follow internal stage-gate models and present progress in monthly reviews; initiate prototype production and plan testing according to standards; ensure smooth handover of designs to stakeholders; document and share lessons learned to improve processes; bring a forward-thinking, collaborative approach to R&D project management with experience in industrial/engineering development and a passion for technology and the green transition.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in a technical field
- Solid experience in project management or work in a project-driven engineering environment
- Skilled in project management tools used in R&D or engineering
- Fluent English in speech and writing
