Sr Quality Systems Spec

Oversee development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. Provide expertise in interpreting regulatory and governmental policies to enforce requirements and lead audit and inspection preparation, resolution of findings, and liaison with auditing groups. Coordinate legal requests for government investigations or litigations and prepare documentation such as Corrective and Preventative Actions for stakeholders. Facilitate uniform standards worldwide, enable best practice sharing, and provide guidance, coaching, and training to lower-level specialists while managing projects from design to implementation. This senior individual contributor role requires advanced education and experience, typically involving autonomy under limited supervision to determine solutions and influence decision-making with senior internal and external customers.
