Job Summary
Global Quality Manufacturing Lead for Hydro Power responsible for defining and sustaining the global quality strategy across the hydro manufacturing footprint. Drive standardization and governance using Zero Defect Framework, Build-in Quality, and One Process, One Product to reduce variation and ensure safety, reliability, and compliance. Lead audits (internal and customer), supplier quality oversight, and cross-functional initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma to improve quality, productivity, and reliability; coach local teams in root-cause analysis and CAPA; travel globally to support multiple sites and ramp-ups.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Robust experience in manufacturing quality
- global or multi-site leadership experience
- advanced proficiency in English
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methods such as FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, RCA, and CAPA
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt preferred; ASQ certification or equivalent is a plus
