Job Summary
Sr. Quality Engineer responsible for supervising QA technicians, implementing process control and product assurance, reviewing PFMEA and control plans, conducting SPC and root-cause analysis, calibration management, internal audits, and continuous improvement initiatives across plant locations. Requires in-process and final quality oversight, training team members on product quality and process changes, involvement in new product introductions and change control, and participation in Kaizen/5S initiatives. Experience with wet lab functional testing, ERP parameter verification, and compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of relevant industry experience in a manufacturing company
- Graduates from Engineering or Diploma background
