Sr Quality Engineer 2nd Shift Metal Fabrication

Conduct process inspection, first pass rate, and start-up monitoring for metal fabrication operations. Perform FMEA/FMECA studies, replicate failure modes, and define root causes to implement permanent countermeasures. Execute 8-D problem solving, apply statistical process control, and document acceptance criteria for new products and manufacturing processes. Manage non-conformance material returns and customer corrective action requests while training personnel on documented criteria. Provide visibility to top management on quality metrics and control system improvements. Requires Bachelor's degree, five years of experience, and proficiency in Tress Software and ISO 9000 standards.
