Job Summary
Senior Quality Assurance Tester to support testing for Federal client digital products and web modernization; responsibilities include developing test plans, coordinating test execution, logging and retesting defects in Jira, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), performing regression testing, validating requirements against functionality, and coordinating with developers, content staff, and accessibility specialists. Proficient in cross-browser/mobile testing, CMS workflows (Drupal), and accessibility testing (Section 508/WCAG); familiar with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium) and QA process improvements; travel 0–10%.
Required Qualifications
- Experience developing test plans, test cases, test scripts, regression suites, and release readiness criteria for web applications or CMS-based websites.
- Experience conducting functional, regression, cross-browser, mobile, content, usability, and UAT testing.
- Experience managing defects and test execution using Jira, HP ALM, Quality Center, or comparable tools.
- Working knowledge of Drupal or similar CMS workflows, HTML/CSS basics, browser developer tools, and web standards.
- Familiarity with Section 508/WCAG concepts, W3C/HTML5 standards, and accessible digital product testing.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, coordination, and issue-triage skills.
