Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for UI, API, and backend testing while leading automation strategy based on risk and business needs. Convert manual test cases into automated solutions and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines. Execute, monitor, and maintain regression and smoke test suites to ensure product stability. Conduct root cause analysis on defects and communicate quality metrics to management. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and developers to define quality requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 5 years of experience in QA with a strong focus on automation
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
- Experience building automated test frameworks
- Familiarity with coding and debugging
- Experience with API and microservices testing
- Excellent collaboration, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-based environments, i.e. Azure
- experience with performance testing, preferred
- Experience with Postman, Playwright, and/or Thunder Client a plus
