Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks covering Web, API, Database, and Mobile applications. Lead automation efforts across these domains, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and establish quality metrics and reporting standards. Execute functional, API, performance, and load testing using tools like Postman, BlazeMeter, and JMeter to validate integrations and system stability. Collaborate with Product, Development, and Production Support teams to resolve defects, triage issues, and drive continuous improvements in QA processes. Mentor junior engineers on automation best practices and testing methodologies while serving as a subject matter expert for testing strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation
- Proven experience building and maintaining automated testing frameworks
- Strong experience testing enterprise applications across Web, API, Database, and Mobile platforms
- Experience leading QA initiatives within Agile development environments
- Strong automation testing experience using modern automation frameworks and tools
- Hands-on experience with: Postman
- Hands-on experience with: TestIM
- Hands-on experience with: BlazeMeter
- Hands-on experience with: JMeter
- Extensive experience with REST API testing and integration validation
- Strong SQL skills and database testing experience
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience using defect and test management tools
- Strong understanding of: Test Automation Framework Design
- Strong understanding of: Functional Testing
- Strong understanding of: Regression Testing
- Strong understanding of: Integration Testing
- Strong understanding of: Performance Testing
- Strong understanding of: User Acceptance Testing
- Strong understanding of: Defect Management
