Job Summary
Design and implement robust Python-based solutions for embedded system integrations, focusing on Bluetooth stack development and multi-threaded firmware. Develop and maintain software tools to enhance development and testing processes, while automating workflows using scalable test frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address software needs, integrate Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, and debug existing systems to meet evolving product requirements. Provide mentorship to junior developers and document designs for future scalability.
Required Qualifications
- 8 to 10 Years
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience working in or around: Bluetooth stack
- Multi threading
- Embedded firmware development
- Solid python programming skills
- 10+ years of professional Python development experience
- Strong adherence to PEP8 and industry standards
- Solid understanding of embedded systems
- Bluetooth communication protocols
- Experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
- Scripting in Groovy
- Experience in C/C++ fundamentals

- Proficiency in working with REST APIs using Python
- Experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks
- Skilled in version control systems (e.g., Git/GitHub, Mercurial)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to lead small teams

Desired Qualifications
- Good to have experience with the pytest testing framework
