Job Summary
The Sr. Proposal Manager will lead proposal teams in developing cohesive, compliant, and compelling White Papers, proposals, and presentations. Responsibilities include managing multiple opportunities, analyzing RFPs, preparing proposal plans and schedules, leading proposal events, and providing training to team members. A successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of experience or a Master’s Degree with 4+ years in proposal management, a track record of winning proposals, and strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- Successful execution of large, competitive, single award procurements of $50M+
- high-quality, high-scoring proposals
- 6 years of experience working as a Proposal Manager responding to Federal Government solicitations
