Job Summary
Independently lead complex, high-impact projects from inception to closeout, serving as the primary customer interface while managing engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics activities. Establish execution strategies, drive risk mitigation, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with contractual and quality requirements. Maintain ownership of financial performance, including forecasts, margins, and milestone billing, while leading lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives. This remote role based in Nova Scotia requires 8-12+ years of experience in electrical industrial systems and advanced project management expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related discipline
- 8-12+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of project management experience supporting electrical equipment, rotating equipment, energy systems, manufacturing, industrial systems, or large capital projects
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, customer-facing technical projects
- PMP certification
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be based in Nova Scotia
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related discipline preferred
- Equivalent combinations of technical education, certifications, and directly related experience
- Equivalent project management methodology experience
- SAP experience preferred
