Sr Project Manager - Water / Wastewater

Job Summary
Develop and manage water/wastewater projects focusing on treatment, collection, and distribution systems, including feasibility studies, design, and construction observation. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary design teams to generate detailed construction plans and lead process evaluations, troubleshooting, and regulatory permitting. Meet client deadlines and project budgets while communicating effectively with clients, subconsultants, and agency review staff. Requires a B.S. in engineering with 10+ years of public sector experience, an FL PE preferred, and proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and modeling software. Based in Lakeland, Orlando, or Tampa, FL.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. Degree in Environmental, Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering
- 10+ years experience with progressive responsibilities for public sector water and wastewater projects
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Experience with Microsoft office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, sub consultants, and county/agency review staff
Desired Qualifications
- M.S. degree in Environmental Engineering
- FL PE
- Familiar with Modeling and GIS software
- Water/Wastewater infrastructure experience
