Job Summary
Lead and manage all phases of water and wastewater plant construction projects, from planning to closeout; oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery; coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies; ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards; mentor, lead, and guide project teams; drive stakeholder communication, reporting, and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience managing water and/or wastewater plant construction projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Strong knowledge of water/wastewater process systems, civil/structural works, and mechanical/electrical installations
- Proven ability to manage projects exceeding $15M in value
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience with alternative delivery methods (CMAR, Design-Build, etc.)
- Proficiency with project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, etc.)
- PMP or PE license preferred but not required
