Sr. Project Manager

Senior Project Manager (Data Center) responsible for managing all aspects of the project from preconstruction through final owner sign-off. Serves as day-to-day contact for the project team, leads in-house and field teams, oversees shop drawings and submittal reviews, tracks budget, executes schedule with trades, provides monthly cost reports and owner billings, and liaises with architects, inspectors, and owner representatives to resolve issues. Responsible for safety culture, cost control, production monitoring, contract management, and ensuring quality and compliance with OSHA and company procedures. Requires strong leadership, extensive heavy construction experience, and proficiency with Primavera, Excel, Word, and MS Project; 10 years of construction management experience on large projects ($100M+);Bachelor's degree preferred; ability to travel to project sites.
