Job Summary
Lead build readiness across assigned VQAF projects by managing parts status, shop space planning, timing, and coordination to reduce downtime. Develop executable plans connecting project scope to schedules, shipping, resource needs, procurement, and budgets. Centralize documentation for production orders, purchase orders, vendor requests, and logistics handoffs while aligning on materials for builds and events. Partner with project leads, shop managers, engineers, and procurement to resolve blockers and define standards for stronger build outcomes. Organize travel, accommodations, and meals for offsite events, product launches, and specialty projects. Establish systems and trackers to improve readiness and follow-through. Manage tickets to keep projects on task with high-level documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Typically 4+ years of related experience in Project Management
- Strong working knowledge of with show or event vehicles, prototype component or sub-system builds, specialty drive events and activations, specialty projects, specialty vehicle builds
- Working familiarity with media operations and logistics
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex assignments independently, balance multiple priorities, and coordinate effectively across multiple projects with multiple teams
- Strong data hygiene, reporting discipline, and comfort owning detailed execution work using Jira, spreadsheets, fleet tools, dashboards, or similar systems in a fast-moving environment
