Job Summary
Lead end-to-end programme delivery for VCC onboarding and transition, managing governance, risk, and stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless transition to BAU and value realization. Drive process migration, transition readiness, and knowledge transfer across Prudential business functions, partnering with operations, technology, and support teams to optimize delivery and service quality. Requires 7-10 years of project/programme management experience, with a focus on transformation or transition programs, strong stakeholder influence, and data-driven decision-making. Demonstrates delivery excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement to realize business value.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in project/programme management
- Experience with Data & AI transformation initiatives
- Strong project management and delivery expertise
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
- Ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed environments
