Job Summary
Develop the project safety plan, controls, and quality procedures to manage complex construction requirements and mitigate high-risk items. Manage project financial forecasts, notices, and billings while creating and executing closeout plans aligned with contract documents. Lead the project team, including superintendents and engineers, by establishing operational priorities, motivating staff, and providing direct supervision. Develop subcontracting strategies, review scopes, and implement contract enforcement plans to ensure compliance and risk mitigation. Create CPM schedules, lead constructability reviews, and collaborate with business development to integrate sales strategies and strengthen client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 8-12 years of experience
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of industry standard software, Microsoft Office (preferred)
