Job Summary
Lead telecommunications network projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements. Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and status reports while partnering with network data teams, engineering, and product stakeholders to drive execution. Manage customer network data issues in Jira, analyze operational data to identify trends and risks, and build dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics. Create executive-level presentations and deliver recurring status updates to leadership, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing dependencies across multiple initiatives. Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate appropriately while supporting process improvements and standardization. This hybrid role in Denver, CO requires 3 days on-site per week for a long-term consulting engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience within the telecommunications industry
- Strong understanding of telecommunications networks, products, operations, or infrastructure
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional telecommunications projects
- Strong analytical and data skills, with the ability to analyze project data, identify trends, and use metrics to drive decisions
- Hands-on experience with Jira for project, task, or Agile workflow management
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills with experience creating executive-level presentations
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project reporting
- Experience developing project dashboards, KPIs, status reports, and data-driven presentations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- 3 days on site per week

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is a plus
- Experience with SQL or other data-querying and analysis tools is a plus
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies
- Experience working with fiber, broadband, wireless, cable, or other telecommunications technologies
- Experience managing large-scale network deployment, transformation, product, or technology initiatives
- Experience working with telecommunications vendors and third-party partners
- Excellent communication, organization, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks and dependencies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certification is a plus
