Sr. Project Manager

Lead and manage technical project teams while developing and monitoring project plans, schedules, and budgets. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure quality standards and project deliverables are met. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to influence cross-functional efforts. This role is specifically designed for People Managers of four or more experienced to senior expert-level employees within large or extra-large organizational structures. The position requires strong leadership skills, proficiency in project management tools, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
