Job Summary

Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of West Texas pipeline, facility, and energy infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability. Act as the primary client contact for regional projects, building strong relationships and providing regular status updates on schedules, budgets, and project performance. Define project roles, responsibilities, and authorities for field and office teams across West Texas operations. Manage budgets, monitor costs, and approve purchase orders, contracts, and subcontracts in accordance with Strike policies. Must be able to prepare estimates of project cost at various phases to support bids and project execution planning. Direct internal and external project meetings to address ROW, permitting, survey, engineering, material availability, and construction progress. Oversee change management processes, including scope revisions, claims, and trend analysis. Ensure timely completion of permits, schedules, project reports, change control documentation, and close-out packages. Provide leadership, coaching, and training to project staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent field experience in oil & gas project execution strongly considered
  • 10+ years of industry experience
  • Estimating and Schedule building is a must
  • Authorized to work in the United States
