Job Summary

The role demands strong leadership, analytical skills, and document preparation from initiation to closeout. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree, relevant experience, and the ability to travel frequently.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- One to two years related experience and/or training
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Ability to write routine reports
- Ability to speak effectively before groups
- Ability to solve practical problems
- Ability to interpret various instructions
- Mathematical skills
