Sr. Project Manager (Site Based; Travel Required)

Manage estimates, monitor Superintendent performance, oversee change orders and billing, and supervise subcontractors to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain project schedules, review costs against estimates, update labor productivity reports, and identify risks including safety and compliance issues. Coordinate project start-ups, resolve jurisdictional disputes, and coach Project Managers to achieve positive financial performance. Travel extensively across North America for site inspections, client meetings, and extended project assignments.
