Job Summary
Manage estimates, monitor Superintendent performance, oversee change orders, and supervise ironworker execution to ensure quality and regulatory compliance. Develop and maintain project schedules, review costs against estimates, and update labor productivity reports while identifying and mitigating risks. Coordinate project start-ups, negotiate with prospective clients, and coach Project Managers to achieve positive financial performance. Conduct weekly reviews of costs, variances, and change orders, and approve expense reports. Travel up to 85% across North America for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree related to the construction industry
- 10 years' experience in project engineering, construction project management, or related activities
- exposure to projects in excess of $50 million
- willing to travel to project locations anywhere across North America for extended periods of time (up to 85%)
